Manufacturer Warranty

XTS Digital Products

All XTS Digital Products are covered under a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience an issue within the first year, contact us for assistance with repair or replacement.


Standard Warranty (30 Days)

All other products sold by BWS are backed by a 30-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. To qualify for a warranty return:

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
    (Online purchases from BWS are automatically recorded—no physical receipt required.)
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories
  • The item must be in re-sellable condition

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase if the item meets the following criteria:

  • No major signs of wear and tear
  • No alterations or modifications
  • Has not been disassembled or tampered with
  • Returned in original box with all accessories
  • Re-sellable condition

If your item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return or offer store credit instead of a refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Online Purchases:
    Contact us at sales@backwoodsports.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number if applicable.
  2. In-Store Purchases:
    Bring the item, original packaging, and receipt to your local BWS location. A team member will help you with the return process.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Some products may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Used or clearance items
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Customized or special order items
